Chainsaw Festival is cancelled for 2020 due to Covid-19.

Come see some of the World’s Best Chainsaw Carving Artists design sculptures out of logs! Watch them transform logs into bigfoots, bears, eagles, owls, furniture and more. Fun for the entire family! Some of the creations are so impressive you have to see them firsthand.

The McKenzie River Chainsaw Arts Festival features other artisans and crafters as well. Our Chainsaw Arts Festival features great live bands, local microbrews, cider, and Oregon wines. There will also be face painting for the kids and some great food vendors.

This editors favorite was the smoked meats by Chris Parazoo – you got to try his smoked beef brisket or his tri-tip philly cheese steak sandwiches!! (Chris is scheduled for 2020!!)

Daily Quick-Carve Auctions

Art is available for purchase and each day, chainsaw art is auctioned to help support the McKenzie River Community Track – often at incredibly low prices!

Preview Chainsaw Art

You can see some of the cool log art at many local McKenzie River businesses. McKenzie River Mountain Resort features a few pieces on their property including a couple benches and some carved bears, a huge carved bench sits in from of Meyers Liquor and General Store, and Blue Sky Market features a huge Bigfoot carving in front of their place.
